July always makes us feel as though we’ve reached the height of the summertime. The weather is completely warm and lovely (a treat after the Polar Vortex this past winter in Philly), and we want to spend as much time outside as possible, especially at weddings. Although you definitely want to have a rain plan in place in case a summer storm is in the forecast, planning to dine with your guests al fresco is always a great decision.
