It’s called BeWOW, and each one gives you a workout, plus a detailed how-to so you can figure out what the heck you’re supposed to be doing. And what’s cool is that the workouts all focus on different things: one week, it’s arms, one week it’s abs, then it switches to a running workout and after that it’ll one for which you need to grab your jump rope. Suffice it say, you won’t be bored.
