This year has been a year to connect from afar for many of us, so we have been making sure to share plenty on Instagram and Pinterest! Each season, we love looking back on the weddings we have planned, the venues we have visited, and the teams who have shared their talents with our couples. We have fewer weddings to recap from this year (but, we still have a few!), so instead we thought we would highlight the top five photos from Instagram and pins from Pinterest over the past few months. Let’s dive in!
Instagram:
1. A Beautiful Bride:

Elizabeth and her beautiful wedding dress will forever shine in our eyes, and our Instagram followers agree! She and Jake recited their vows at Christ Church and celebrated with their guests at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. From their story to their wedding day, everything was stunning.
2. Intimate Wedding:

One of the best things to happen this year is the rise of intimate or micro weddings. These celebrations typically include a select group of family members and friends, and every moment feels intentional. Elizabeth and Frank gathered at home where they walked down the aisle, recited their vows, and shared a beautiful dinner outside together.
3. Things We Miss:

On a wedding day, you can almost always find our team carrying a bride’s veil at one point or another! Susan said this ritual is one of the things she has missed the most this year, and our entire team agrees. We can’t wait to safely spend our weekends at weddings again!
4. A First Anniversary:

We don’t like to choose favorite couples, but Susan’s sister, Carly, and Carly’s husband, Hanson, are definitely our favorite couple of all time. This summer, they celebrated their first anniversary. In 2019, they celebrated their wedding day at Brandywine Manor House on a (hot!) July Friday. Their ceremony took place in the barn before guests mingled together outside during cocktail hour and under the tent for the reception.
5. Fluffy Ring Bearer:

Courtney and Pat’s sweet dog was a crowd favorite at their wedding at the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center! Guests and wedding professionals alike were thrilled to see him walk down the aisle, and we still cannot get enough of the portraits he captured with the newly married couple.
Pinterest:
1. Bow Wedding Shoes:

On a couple’s wedding day, the photographer always gathers the details together to capture them before the bride or groom gets dressed. On this day, these stunning bow wedding shoes were on display!
2. Ride or Die Jacket:

If you’re planning a bohemian style wedding, don’t miss Jacky and Bruce’s wedding day! Jacky’s custom Ride or Die jean jacket is a great detail many people also loved on Pinterest.
3. Baby’s Breath Centerpieces:

We’re asked questions all the time, so we shared our answers to the top 10 wedding planning questions we receive the most! Also, because it’s pictured, we think the Philadelphia Museum of Art is one of the most elegant wedding venues in Philadelphia.
4. Eco-friendly Confetti:

We shared a blog post about ways you can incorporate eco-friendly wedding ideas into your celebration. One of the ideas we included in the post was confetti. Many ceremony and reception venues do not encourage tossing confetti unless it’s eco-friendly, so toss eucalyptus leaves!
5. A Feature in The Cut:

Elizabeth and Jake’s wedding graced The Cut! While their guests were enjoying cocktail hour, E+J explored some of the exhibits at the Philadelphia Museum of Art with their photographer, Joseph Lin Photography, in tow. As you can see, the lighting was perfect!
