Matt met Chrysten in the summer of 2010 listening to a 80’s cover band. Matt followed the advice of his friend Jared, also a friend of Chrysten’s, and struck up a conversation. After a few insightful lines (“This band is good, huh?” and “Do you want another drink?”) Chrysten disappeared into the night. As luck would have it, their paths would cross again a few weeks later and Matt seized the opportunity to ask Chrysten out on a date and the rest is history!
Chrysten beautiful bouquet contained peonies, ranunculus, astilbe, lavender lilac and greenery. Suspenders were one of the gifts Matt gave to his groomsmen and he couldn’t help showing them off!
Chrysten and Matt’s first look took place right outside the Ritz Carlton.
Photos for the bridal party took place at the Rodin Museum, we had perfect weather!
Bridesmaids carried bouquets of peonies, ranunculus, esther roses and lilac.
The cake was adorned with fresh flowers and succulents decorated the tables.
Enjoying their first dance to Stand by Me, Chrysten and Matt stayed on the dance floor for most of the night!
The night could not end with out a tribute to Chrysten’s greek heritage, with mom and grandmom joining in!
