Amanda and Ben met for the first time at a party at Syracuse University as they were both first to arrive. While Amanda has a passionate spirit, and Ben is more laid back the two settled into a seamless relationship as they shared the same sense of core values and family. As there time together grew, they began to imagine a life together.
Amanda carried a bouquet from Love N Fresh Flowers of ranunculus, privet berries, rose hips, heirloom begonia leaves, eucalyptus and seasonal foliage.
As Ben’s dad looks on, Amanda and Ben prepare for the Ketubah singing before the ceremony.
A long feast table overlooked the dance floor at the Horticultural Center as guests dined on seasonal cuisine prepared by Stephen Starr Events.
Toasts were given by Ben’s brother and Amanda’s sister, Emily, who told the story of the family painting “situation”. The artwork was created by Emily as a gift for their mother several years ago. Ben was not included much to Amanda’s dismay as they were dating and not yet engaged. As a surprise Emily painted Ben into the picture and surprised both at the wedding!
Amanda and Ben danced to Adele’s version of Make You Feel My Love from CTO Tribeca.
Lifted by groomsmen, Ben and Amanda enjoyed a lively Hora with their friends and family.
