Happy December! Welcome to our final 2014 edition of the Styled Note! While we’re not planning to change our monthly letter to you in the New Year, we do have to express how grateful we are to each of you whether we’ve celebrated with you at your wedding, worked with you as part of our couples’ wedding professional teams, or simply been cheered on by you on social media. We can’t wait to share what we have planned for 2015, but let’s wrap up November first!
Behind-the-scenes, we met with couples and vendors we can’t wait to work with next year. However, November was definitely the month of the blog. We shared so many posts that top our favorites list for the year, including our Styled Spotlight with photographer Alison Conklin. We also are so excited to have launched our same-sex wedding guide, which includes facts, inspiration, and venues (part 1 and part 2). Plus, if you’re searching for a gift for your holiday hostess, you have plenty of time to add one of these gifts to your cart that we’re sure she’ll love.
Our blog love continues on Wednesday when we introduce Modern Trousseau’s Designer, Callie Tein. She’s taking us through her day as part of our Styled Day series, and we’re counting down the days until we can share it with you! If you follow us on Facebook, you’ll be one of the first to see the link when it goes live!
Wherever the holidays take you this month, we hope you love the time you’re able to spend with family and friends. Here’s to a wonderful December and a fantastic 2015!
Real Wedding: We were dodging raindrops on Allison and Will’s wedding day up until their stunning reception at Saucon Valley Country Club, but their entire day was beautiful nonetheless. We all loved Allison’s convertible gown by Monique Lhuillier, and Will and his groomsmen (who snuck away for a round of golf in the morning!) looked dapper in their classic tuxes. Their palette was filled with soft neutrals, including the bouquets and centerpieces from Beautiful Blooms, guests were on the dance floor all night long thanks to Around Town, and we adored having the opportunity to work alongside photographers Jonny and Michelle of Paper Antler. Make sure to visit the blog to see Allison and Will’s entire wedding, plus they’re also on our revamped homepage!
Meet & Greet: We have loved meeting so many of you in person this year. We hope you will stay tuned to our website. We are introducing a few new members to the Styled Bride team, and we are so excited for you to meet them! We’ll be sharing more soon!
