Happy November! We’re always thrilled to start each month and wrap up the previous one by sending you our latest edition of The Styled Note, and this month we have quite a bit to share.
Last month, we traveled between stunning venues and designers’ showrooms in New York City during Bridal Market where we viewed the new spring and fall 2015 collections. We also caught up with Ivy Kaplin, owner of Lovely Bride Philly, in this month’s Styled Spotlight, and we were delighted to attend The Bellevue Gets Engaged where our owner, Beka Rendell, offered her best planning tips on the panel. We celebrated with our couples at Grace Winery, Mask & Wig Club, and The Gables at Chadds Ford (sneak peeks are on Instagram!). Plus, we styled a bridesmaid lunch at Fork with help from Maggpie Vintage Rentals & dress from BHLDN.
There’s even more below, but it’s safe to say October was a fantastic month at The Styled Bride!
We truly appreciate your support on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest as we design and celebrate with couples in Philadelphia and beyond. We hope you have a wonderful November and a very happy Thanksgiving!

Real Wedding: We are so excited Lindsay and Dan’s wedding was published on Junebug Weddings! It’s still one of our favorites from this year’s wedding season because we love how their palette was filled with blush, ivory, and gold, and offset with vintage details that allowed their Pomme soiree to match their vision for romance. We adore how Lindsay paired her veil with a double strand of pearls – both family heirlooms – for her traditional church ceremony and opted for cascading bouquets and centerpieces as part of her decor. From Asya Photography and Beke Beau to Sullivan Owen, Peachtree & Ward, and the 11-piece band, 45 Riots, Lindsay and Dan’s downtown Philadelphia wedding was wonderful, completely unforgettable, and not to be missed on Junebug Weddings.
Meet & Greet: We would love to meet you at Brides, Bubbly, and Brunch, but you will want to purchase your tickets quickly! Hosted by Philadelphia Weddings, the event is this Sunday, November 9, from 11 am – 2 pm, at The College of Physicians of Philadelphia (it’s a stunning venue!). We’ll be on hand offering planning advice with a host of other creative Philadelphia wedding professionals. See you there!
